No two clients are the same, just like no two properties are the same. But we have honed our process into some basic steps that reliably produce the best results for you—our client. 

Discovery | We start by getting to know you. What are you seeking in your soon to be Maine life? What are you looking for in a home? What is your budget? But mostly, we're really seeking to learn who you are. 

Listings | Once we learn a bit about you, we pull listings for you and set you up with notifiations for new listings as they come on the market. You narrow those down to options that you want to explore in more detail. 

Video Walkthroughs | For our clients that are coming from very far a way, we regularly preview properties for you with a video walkthrough. We explore all the things that don't show in a listing.

Visit | Some clients skip this part and go right to an offer. But some will come to see properties in person first. We recommend an in person visit if possible!

We know that buying a home in a new state is a big life transition, and our team is here to help you at every step of the way. We keep in constant communication with you throughout the process so you know what to expect at each step. 

We also keep in constant communication with the listing agent, other partners (like home inspectors), and even the town office in which you are buying your home. We investigage tax statuses, building permits, and so forth. We are constantly working to ensure you are not hit with any surprises!
